Q. What do I need to book a room/unit?
A. 1 form of photo identification (passport or driving license), 2 utility bills for proof of address and 1 lock for your room/unit. Don’t worry if you haven’t got a lock as you can buy one from our well-stocked shop!

Q. How do I move my goods?
A. You can bring them by car or van or we have a free van and driver service that can collect your goods! Simply call and book a van, load it up at your house and we take your goods back to our facility, unloading them safely into your designated room/unit. Please book early for this service, as it gets very busy!

Q. Is the facility secure?
A. Yes, each storage room/unit has its own alarm which is monitored by BT’s Redcare system and the facility is monitored by CCTV cameras covering the main corridors and the perimeter of the building 24hrs a day.

Q. Am I insured?
A. You must either have a valid insurance certificate for your contents in storage, or you can buy insurance through StoreIt4U.
